Virginia "Jenny" Jones Logan

Virginia “Jenny” Jones Logan, age 68, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at her home in Petersburg, Virginia. She was born on May 16, 1954. She fought a hard battle with depression, diabetes, and congestive heart failure. Jenny is survived by her son, Fredrick Logan and his wife Yuka, of Crestview, FL; her best friend, Herman Brown of Prince George, VA; two half-sisters, Darlene Jones, and Lisa Bradshaw; one half-brother, Ernest Jones of Virginia; two granddaughters, Emma, and Anna Logan. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Thomas Logan; brother, Russell Jones; sisters, Juanita Jones, and Debbie Zazzaretti. Jenny loved the Lord, her family and her “Girls”. She loved facetiming with her granddaughters and buying them dresses when she could. The family will receive friends at a visitation on Saturday, April 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield, VA. We will honor Jenny at a private graveside service at Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, Ivor, VA.
