Teresa Sexton Estes

Teresa Louise Sexton Estes, 61, of Ringgold, VA passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.   She was the daughter of Virgie Louise Wells Sexton and the late Otto Sexton.  She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Michael Roland Estes; sons, Jonathan Charles Parron (Sarah) and Joshua Oakley Johnson; grandchildren, Jedidiyah and Miriam; brothers, Donnie Sexton (Lisa) and Ronnie Sexton (Margaret); her mother in law, Catherine Davis.  She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Belia Ann Sexton.  She was member of Compassion Church in Danville, VA.  She was an amazing wife and mother, a dedicated Christian, who loved Jesus. Known for her sense of humor, she was a kind and humble friend to all.  She loved gardening, spending time outdoors and at the beach.  A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020, 10 a.m. in Mill Swamp Cemetery, Ivor, VA.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Compassion Church, 215 Third Ave, Danville, VA 24540.
