Scott Owens

Russell Scott Owens, 46, of Smithfield passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.  He was the son of Charles “Chuck” Linwood Owens and Deborah Kaye Comer Owens.  Scott is survived by his daughter, Alyson McKenzie Owens; son, Russell Tyler Owens; brother, Joseph “Joe” Linwood Owens (Kim); and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Scott loved the water, working on his boat and spending time with friends.
