Rodney Joseph Adams

Rodney Joseph Adams, 51, of Carrollton, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022.  He was the son of Michael Paul Adams and Carol Ann Lloyd Odenwalder.  He is survived by his daughter, Whitney Wheeler (Brandon); son, Nick Adams; grandchildren, Paislee and Bennett.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Jeff Adams. Rodney was an amazing father and grandfather.  He was considered a friend to all his peers at work, and left a lasting impact at Dominion Power Surry, where he worked and taught for 24 years. He enjoyed writing music and playing his guitar.  He will be missed by all whose lives he touched.  A Celebration of Life will be held on October 29, 2022, 11 a.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield.  The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
