Paula King Sutton

Paula Jean King Sutton, age 60, of Smithfield passed away on October 25, 2018 after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Everett Dean “Bill” Sutton, her parents Gene Paul King and Sadie Marie Hill Gregory. Paula was born in Portsmouth, VA and resided in Smithfield.  She excelled at her position as an X-ray technician.  She is survived by her sister Shari Lynn Hendry (Michael), her brother Kenneth Earl Provow Jr., extended family and close friends. Paula enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening, fishing, camping and a new found love for crafts.  A funeral service will be held at Albert G. Horton Veterans Cemetery, Friday November 2, 2018 at 1 p.m.  The family will receive friends at Little's Funeral Home on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Isle of Wight County Animal Shelter, 13044 Poor House Rd, Windsor, VA 23487.  Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com
