Norma Claire Carroll

Norma Claire Carroll, 88, of Newport News passed away peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer.  She was the daughter of the late William Chester Farrow and Alma Estelle Moore Farrow. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Frank Carroll.  Mrs. Carroll is survived by her six children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  At her request there will be no services at this time.
