Michael Todd Edwards

Michael Todd Edwards, 63, of Smithfield, VA passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.  He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ruth Edwards; daughters, Christina Edwards, Abby Creekmur (Lamar), and Shannon Wilson; son, Bobby Hussey; grandchildren, Izaiah, Brianna, Hannah, Nevaeh, Lamaya, and Riley; sisters, Mary Benning (Tony), and Barbara Galloway (Scott); aunt, Janet Campbell; uncle, Ronnie Todd; and several nieces and nephews.  His parents, Robert Dixon Edwards and Rita Kay Todd Edwards, and brother Billy Edwards preceded him in death.  Michael served as the Vice President of Action Tool Service, in Hampton, Virginia.  He enjoyed fishing, golf, and had a love for racing and cars, especially Corvettes owning several over the years.  In his spare time, he loved being outdoors, grilling, and spending time with his family.  He looked forward to his birthday trips to Florida each year.  Michael was a loving and amazing husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend that will be truly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him. His guidance and words of wisdom will forever be carried on by his loved ones. A memorial service will be held on June 4^th at 2:00 p.m. at Liberty Live Church located in Hampton, VA.
