Marjorie Barnes Campbell, 94, of Smithfield, Va passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024. She was the daughter of the late, Joseph Hugh Barnes and Allie Rauls Dunning Barnes. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Mark Arthur Campbell; daughter, Gwen Q. Walker (Steven); son, Wayne Glenn Hott, Jr (Amy); grandchildren, Maggie Walker and Jennifer Hott.
Marjorie has always been a loving Christian woman, caring mother for her children and grandchildren. Always respected by others and faithful to her church, Carrollton Baptist. She enjoyed bowling and ballroom dancing, a devoted Redskins and Jeff Gordon race fan.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, 10 a.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield with burial to follow in St. Luke’s Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com
