Lewis "Doc" Rawls Pulley

Lewis “Doc” Rawls Pulley, 86, of Windsor, VA, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024. He was the son of the late William Emmett Pulley, II and Lilian Estelle Atkins. He is survived by his daughters, Miranda Wheeler (Matthew) and Rachel Miller (Marc); grandchildren, Ella, Callan, Clayton, Max, Madison, Reagan; sister, Mary Catherine Foster (Charles); and brother, Thomas Pulley (Betty). He was also preceded in death by a brother, William “Billy” Pulley, III.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, 10 a.m. at Central Hill Baptist Church with a visitation to follow. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Isle of Wight Animal Shelter, 13044 Poor House Rd, Windsor, VA 23487, Isle of Wight Rescue Squad, POBox 97, Smithfield, VA 23431 or any other charity of your choice.
