Kenneth Jeffrey Epling

Kenneth Jeffrey Epling, 70, of Smithfield passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019.  He was the son of the late Dumers Epling and Bessie Texas Thacker Epling.  He is survived by his wife Mary Wynne Epling; daughters, Amy Bradley and Tanya Frank; step- daughters, Rebecca Simpson (Randy), Kendall Kimball (Terry), Anna Butch and Stephanie Copes; three grandsons and one granddaughter; two step granddaughters and two step grandsons; brother, Ronald Epling (Kathy).  Kenny retired with thirty years of service with the Newport News Fire Department.  A memorial service with Fire Department honors will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019, 11 a.m. in Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield.  The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
