Karen Jacob Boldt

Karen Jacob Boldt, 48, passed away peacefully June 16, 2025 with her loving family by her side. Karen is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Timothy Boldt, and her treasured children, Abigail Boldt, John “Jack” Boldt and Annabelle Boldt. She is survived by her sister Amanda Jacob, and nephews Brady and Ryan and her Aunt Nancy Rorrer and Uncle Wesley Jacob (Cindy). Karen was held close by many cousins, in-laws and extended family and friends that will feel her loss sincerely.

Karen was born and raised in Surry, Virginia and attended Virginia Tech. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister and friend to all who knew her. Karen and Tim raised their family in Northern Virginia and Las Vegas, Nevada. Karen was a fierce and devoted mother to her children. She loved children and spent 3 years as a teacher in Las Vegas. While in Northern Virginia, she worked at an accounting firm where she met Tim and later partnered with him in their own accounting practice. She loved nothing more than cheering her children on, in their various sports and activities. Always there with a hug or band-aid whenever needed by anyone. Karen will be greatly missed by all who know her.

The family will receive friends on Thursday June 19, 2025 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield, VA. A graveside interment at Old Brick Church Cemetery, Bacon’s Castle, VA. on Friday June 20, 2025, 10 a.m.  Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com
