Judy Lever Carson, 78, of Waterloo, SC, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Evans Lever and Ethel Taylor Lever. She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Pond; granddaughters, Chrystal, Danielle, and Amanda; 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; and a brother, Chuck Lever.
