Howard "Frank" Franklin Wineinger

Howard Franklin “Frank” Wineinger, 62, passed away on January 30, 2022.  Frank was born in Taylor, Michigan to the late Richard Henry Wineinger and Milinea Adams. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Wineinger. He is survived by his brothers, Roger and Phil Wineinger and sisters, Anna Lewis and Nancy Fussell. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Lee and Jim Wineinger. Frank was a veteran of the United States Army National Guard and was a land surveyor at Precision Measurements. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Smithfield. He was a hilarious, gentle giant, who loved his wife, their dogs, and his Florida Panthers.
