Hilary Blanchard Mooney

Hilary Clair Blanchard Mooney, 85, passed away on November 27, 2017. She was born in London, England the daughter of the late Joseph Walter Blanchard and Daisy Margaret Duce Blanchard. A retired legal secretary, Hilary lived most of life in Arlington, Virginia, before moving to Smithfield to live with her granddaughter Sarah Outland and her very special grandson Nathan. She is also survived by her daughter Sharon Elizabeth Mooney Outland, and two granddaughters Hayley Dalby and Emily Dalby.
