Grayce Cecilia Daugherty

Grayce Cecilia Button Daugherty, 77, of Spring Grove passed away on February 16, 2020.  Mrs. Daugherty was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband of 52 years, Danny Ray Daugherty. She was born in Northampton, MA, the daughter of the late Edward Button and Ruth Grayce Button.  She is survived by her daughter, Darlene D. Trivett (Ritchie); son, Daniel E. Daugherty (Karyn); grandchildren, Ashley, Tristen, Hannah, Heather, Katelynn, Dylan, Katie and Logan; great-granddaughter, Kayten.; her brother, Edward Button (Elise); and her sister, Ruth Mae Lafrance. She was a devoted wife, supporting her husband and family during his four tours in Vietnam and service in the Air Force.  She loved watching her hummingbirds and butterflies and enjoyed all of the nature that surrounded them at their home in Spring Grove.  The family will receive friends Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield, followed by a memorial service at 1:30.  Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com.
