As a proud father and grandfather, Francis leaves behind a legacy within his family that will continue for generations. He is survived by his sons Stephen Francis Correia (Elizabeth) and Matthew Joseph Correia (Alissa). His grandchildren Kristian, Daniel J., Daniel L., Brian, and Aimee held an indescribable place in Francis's heart as he cherished each moment spent with them. He is also survived by his sisters Madeleine Cordeiro and Eilleen Gomes and his brothers Louis Correia and Robert Manuel Correia and predeceased by his brother Richard Jesse Correia.

Francis Richard Correia will be deeply missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His dedication to his profession, love for his family, and commitment to serving his country are a testament to the remarkable person he was.
