Donald Eugene Hatter

Donald Eugene Hatter, 64, of Smithfield, VA, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023.  He was the son of the late Jaques Eugene Hatter and Iris Romaine Dunleavy Hatter.  He is survived by his sons, Ryan Patrick Hatter (Shawna) and Eric Donald Hatter; grandchildren, Murphy and Luke Hatter; and a sister, Alyce Leitzel (Glenn).  Don worked at Newport News Shipbuilding as a draftsman for many years.   In his retirement he loved working with model trains and spending time with his grandchildren and camping.  Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com.
