Deborah Louise Scott

Deborah Louise Meeks Scott, 66 of Smithfield passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas Elmo and Helen Louise (Taylor) Meeks.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Edward Rae Scott.  Mrs. Scott is survived by her Children; Beverly Meeks, and William Reeves, Grandchildren; Kayla Duck, Heather Duck, Taylor ‘Gracie’ Salmon, and Alexis ‘Lexi’ Reeves, and 5 Great-Grandchildren; sister, Rebecca Diane Evans (Donald); sister-in-law, Pauletta Pierce Meeks; She was also preceded in death by a brother Thomas Daniel Meeks. She was loving mother and grandmother.  She loved working with crafts and was a homemaker. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Uzzell United Methodist.  The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield.
