David Earl Tucker

David Earl Tucker, 56, of Windsor, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023.  He was the son of the late Earl Charles Tucker and Clorinda Bell Perrine Tucker.  He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Karen Maureen VanHorn Tucker; son, Chace Hunter-Lee Davis; sister, Debbie Taylor (Jim); two nephews, Cody and Kyle Turner; his in laws, Rose Marie and Barry Hess; his sister-in-law, Kimberly Hanger (Charles); and his beloved dogs, Zeva and Gabby.  David retired from Newport News Shipbuilding as a Structural Designer.  He was currently working as a designer for Strom Engineering.  In his spare time, he enjoyed photography and especially landscapes and hot air balloons.
