Charles Ritchie LaBoone

Charles Ritchie LaBoone, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Anthony LaBoone of Campbell, Missouri, his sister Sybel Hunt and brother Gerald LaBoone. He was the son of the late Harvey and Pallie LaBoone and stepson of William E. Fulcher of Hampton, Virginia. He is survived by two sisters, Sharon Pletcher of Newport News, Virginia and Violet D’Ambra of Delray Beach, Florida, three nieces Michele Vandeveer of Smithfield, Virginia, Robin Hunt of Windsor, Virginia and Melissa Parrish of Delray Beach, Florida, two nephews Alan LaBoone of Carrollton, Virginia and Neil Parrish of Valatie, New York, great nieces Olivia Schmincke of Chesapeake, Virginia, Erica Gibson of Williamsburg, Virginia, Anaya Morales, Lake Worth, Florida, Nevaeh Parrish of Burlington, Vermont, and a great nephew Gabriel Parrish of Delray Beach, Florida, and a host of cousins and friends.

Charles was away from us for 25 years. Our family’s love for him, only grew stronger. He was our brother, our heart, and no walls could ever break the ties that held us together. We loved him completely and we know he felt that love. May he now rest in peace he so deserves. We will hold him in our hearts forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
