Charles Wade Bryant, Jr.

Charles Wade Bryant, Jr., 77, of Virginia Beach passed away on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Charles W. Bryant, Sr. and Margie Bryant. He was also the son-in-law to the late Willie Lee Jones, Jr. and Marion Jones of Smithfield.

Wade was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked for many years in his family’s appliance business and then worked in the medical waste industry. He was a member of Kempsville Christian Church in Virginia Beach.

He is survived by his wife Teresa Jones Bryant, his sister Judith Bryant Tudor, niece Cheryl Griffin, her husband Chris and 2 great nephews Tyler and Logan.

There will be a private service on Saturday, Oct. 31 at St. Luke’s Memorial Park Cemetery.
