Anne Marie Smith

Anne Marie O’Reilly Smith, 90, of Smithfield, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021.  Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, William Earl Smith, Jr.  She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Smith (Michael Webb), sons, Larry Smith (Christi Queen), James Smith (Stephanie Gwaltney), Garry Smith (Barbara) and John Smith (Pam); grandchildren, Christopher, Eric, Jimmy, Lee, Troy, William, River, Nick, Adrianna, Elizabeth and Samantha; eighteen great grandchildren. Known for her sense of humor and quick wit, she was a godly woman, who was proud of her Irish heritage and instilled that in all of her family.  She loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.   A graveside service will be on Monday, March 8, 2021, 2 p.m. in Mill Swamp Cemetery, Ivor, VA.
