Anna Lee Vannatter

Anna Lee Vannatter, 90, of Smithfield, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late Walter Keck and Sarah Belle Webb Keck. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Odell Ray Vannatter. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda S. Payne (Michael) and Teresa K. Vannatter; grandchildren, Cristy (Steve), Michael, Jr. (Jenna), Jeremy, Aaron, Christopher and Candace; great grandchildren Brooke, Taylor, Savannah and Michael, III. She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth D. Vannatter.  

Ann loved her family and her animals. She was always willing to go above and beyond the normal for those she loved. With an adventurous nature, she enjoyed riding ATVs through the mountain trails when she lived in West Virginia. Her family, tending her plants and feeding the animals in her yard were her passions. 

Funeral Services will be held at Albert G. Horton Jr. Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Isle of Wight Animal Shelter. Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com.
